The Blue Room is a big and cosy double room.
Our guests will find a king-size double bed, pure cotton linen, air conditioning, a 32-inch TV, clothes rack, dresser and a big balcony facing the quiet street “via Filangeri”.
The guests will have the common areas at their disposal, that is the fully accessorized kitchen (cooking tools, cookware, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, microwave oven, oven and washing machine) and two big shared bathrooms located in the corridor inside the apartment.

Check-in time is from 03:00 p.m. to 00:00 a.m.
After 00:00 a.m., an extra charge of €20 will be applied, to be paid in the apartment.
Check-out time is until 10:30 a.m.
The fee due for the city tax corresponds to €1.50 per person per night.
For stays longer than 4 nights, from the fifth night on the city tax will no longer be applied.
Children under 12 years of age and guests with residence in Palermo do not have to pay the tax.
The host is committed to change the linen and thoroughly clean the room for each new guest; however, it is possible to ask for extra cleaning services during your stay.
The daily cleaning service of the room during your stay is available upon request and costs €10.
The laundry service is available upon request and costs €5.
Guests can bring with them their small pets, upon request.
